Templin Beach is a five-acre county park located on the east bank of the South Umpqua River in southeast Roseburg. The site features a single improved boat launch ramp, parking area, and restrooms, making it a convenient access point for paddlers, anglers, and boaters launching on the South Umpqua. The park is situated primarily within the river's riparian zone, maintaining a mostly natural environment along the shoreline.

The launch is easily accessible from downtown Roseburg via SE Templin Street at the corner of Arizona Street. This popular local spot is well-suited for kayakers and canoeists looking to explore the South Umpqua River, as well as motorized boaters. The relatively modest infrastructure keeps the area low-key while providing the essentials needed for water access.
