Ten Mile Pond Conservation Area

Located in East Prairie, Missouri, this conservation area offers a concrete boat ramp providing access to Pool C of Ten Mile Pond. To reach the site, take Highway 80 east from East Prairie, then turn south on gravel County Road 515 for 5 miles to the tee intersection. Turn left and continue 300 yards to the conservation area headquarters on the right.

Pool C features a developed boat ramp suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and small boats. Boaters should be aware that the pond contains deep drainage ditches running through some areas—exercise caution when navigating, as these features can be challenging to cross, particularly for smaller watercraft. The site includes basic amenities such as parking and a privy facility.
