Terry Park is a recently renovated public access site located in Heath on Lake Ray Hubbard's East Fork arm. The facility features a two-lane concrete boat ramp with parking for approximately 29 vehicles and trailers, making it a convenient launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats. The park also includes newly renovated restroom facilities, walking trails, and a pavilion for day-use activities.
**Access & Location:** From I-30, take FM 740 (Ridge Road) south to FM 1140 (Smirl), continue to Terry Lane, then head west to the ramp. Lake Ray Hubbard is a 22,745-acre freshwater reservoir created in 1968, offering calm water conditions suitable for various paddling and boating activities. The lake also supports fishing from shore and boat, with multiple access points around its perimeter.
