Located in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, near the community of Tobyhanna on PA Route 423 (2.1 miles north), this boat ramp provides convenient access to 170-acre Tobyhanna Lake. The ramp is very accessible for launching your own kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and small motorboats. The park offers a large picnic area and a clean beach facility nearby, making it a good basecamp for a full day of paddling.
**Amenities and Services:** Seasonal kayak and paddleboard rentals are available daily from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day (weather permitting), with rates starting at $30/hour. The park also offers 60 overnight mooring spaces under permit for those planning extended stays.
