Tombigbee State Park offers a convenient boat ramp and lake access for paddlers and boaters visiting the area. The 90-acre Tombigbee State Park Lake provides a serene setting for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. The boat ramp is located near a large trailer parking area, making it easy to launch your own boat or non-motorized craft.
While the park does not rent boats, visitors with their own kayaks, canoes, or small motorized boats are welcome to use the ramp and explore the lake. Only rod and reel or pole fishing is allowed on the lake, with appropriate sport fishing licenses required. Night fishing from boats in compliance with state regulations is also permitted.
Guests should be aware that swimming, water skiing, and use of jet skis are not allowed on the lake. Paddlers and boaters should observe the posted trolling speed limits to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the park. With its picturesque setting and easy lake access, Tombigbee State Park is an excellent destination for nature-based recreation.
