**Location & Access:** This small quarter-acre park in Ormond Beach provides free boat launch access to the Tomoka River. The facility features a paved boat ramp suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. From US 1, turn east on Coguina Avenue, then right on Palm Avenue to reach the park.
**Parking & Amenities:** Parking is very limited, with space for only about five vehicles with boat trailers. There are no launch fees. Plan accordingly if visiting during peak times, as the small lot fills quickly. The park also features a half-mile walking trail for those wanting to explore the area before or after paddling.
**On the Water:** The Tomoka River and its tributaries offer paddling opportunities through scenic surroundings. Note that all waters in the vicinity are designated a manatee sanctuary, so be prepared to encounter these protected marine mammals and follow appropriate wildlife viewing guidelines.
