About This Access Site
The Trinity Center Public Boat Ramp provides access to Trinity Lake, a large reservoir in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Located along State Route 3 near the north end of the lake, this ramp offers four launching lanes for kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats. Parking passes are available on-site.

Trinity Lake is part of the Trinity Unit of the Whiskeytown-Shasta-Trinity National Recreation Area, known for its diverse recreation opportunities. The lake is managed by the U.S. Forest Service under an agreement with the Bureau of Reclamation. Nearby campgrounds include Ridgeville Island Boat-In Campground and the reservable ALPINE VIEW CAMPGROUND, both within 10 miles. Paddlers and boaters should be aware that the ramp's accessibility may be affected by the lake's water level drawdown.
