Twin South Public Water Access

Twin South provides boat ramp access to Lower Twin Lake in Spink County, South Dakota, with a convenient channel under Highway 100 that connects paddlers to Middle Twin Lake. This is a good launching point for kayakers and canoeists exploring the Twin Lakes system. The facility includes a parking area accommodating nine vehicles with boat trailers.

**Important Access Requirements:** A valid park entrance license is required to use this boat ramp, as it falls under South Dakota state recreation area regulations. Additionally, from April 1 through November, a Three Rivers Park District pass is required to park boat trailers at this site. Be sure to obtain the necessary permits before launching.
