Uncle Bud's

Uncle Bud's is a full-service boat ramp facility located in Jonesville on Larto Lake in Catahoula Parish. The access point features a dedicated boat ramp, making it convenient for launching kayaks, canoes, and larger vessels. The facility is part of Uncle Bud's RV Park and includes amenities such as boat slips, RV parking, and a covered pavilion with tables and grills—useful for groups planning extended outings or fishing trips.

Larto Lake offers excellent access to surrounding natural areas, including the nearby Catahoula National Wildlife Refuge and Lake Ophelia National Wildlife Refuge. The Dewey Wills Wildlife Management Area, encompassing over 60,000 acres, is accessible by short boat ride from the lake. This makes Uncle Bud's an ideal launch point for paddlers and boaters exploring the region's wildlife viewing and fishing opportunities. Boat trailer parking is available both within RV spaces and along the park's fence line.
