Upper Green's Run

Upper Green's Run provides 24-hour access to Foster Joseph Sayers Lake via PA Route 150 in Howard, Centre County. This access point is ideal for kayakers, canoeists, and boaters looking to explore the 1,730-acre impoundment created by Foster Joseph Sayers Dam on Bald Eagle Creek. The ramp accommodates various watercraft and water conditions, making it a reliable year-round launch option.

The lake setting offers calm, protected waters suitable for paddlers of all skill levels. Nearby Bald Eagle State Park enhances the recreational experience, offering additional amenities including a marina, campground, picnic areas, and beach access. If you need accessible facilities, Winter Launch (located north of the beach) features a disability-accessible fishing pier and is also usable at all water levels.
