Located in downtown Bay City on the west bank of the Saginaw River adjacent to Veterans Bridge and Liberty Harbor Marina, this concrete boat ramp provides straightforward access to a major regional waterway. The ramp measures 40 feet wide by 70 feet long, making it suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats. The park itself spans one and a half miles along the riverfront and offers picnic areas and fishing opportunities, with the Bay City Rail Trail also passing through the site.
