The site is managed by Idaho Fish and Game in partnership with Ada County Parks & Waterways and is free to use. The ramp is located roughly 4.3 miles downriver of Swan Falls Dam, near an existing campsite.

**River Conditions:** The Snake River at this location is a major river system with an average flow of approximately 49,376 cubic feet per second and average water velocity of 10.81 feet per second. Expect a substantial current with a gradient averaging 15.8 feet per mile. Paddlers and boaters should be prepared for powerful water conditions typical of this size of river.
