Whaley's Landing is a public boat ramp located on the southeast end of Lake Tohopekaliga in St. Cloud, Florida. This access point serves kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters looking to explore one of Central Florida's larger lakes. The ramp is situated at 3610 Lake Tohopekaliga Road and provides a convenient launch point for the expansive 22,700-acre lake.
**Directions & Access:** From U.S. 192, turn south onto Old Canoe Creek Road, then right onto Kissimmee Park Road. Turn left onto Lake Tohopekaliga Road and follow it until it dead ends at the boat ramp. For questions about facilities or conditions, contact Natural Resources at 407-742-0662. Paddlers should note that another public ramp, Granapa Public Boat Ramp, is located on the northwest side of the lake if needed as an alternative access point.
**What to Expect:** As a large, shallow lake typical of Central Florida, Lake Tohopekaliga offers opportunities for recreational paddling and boating. Paddlers should be prepared for windy conditions common on larger water bodies and plan accordingly for tides and water level variations.
