White Cliffs

The White Cliffs boat ramp provides direct access to the Little River in southwest Arkansas. This major river, part of the Red River basin, flows for over 850 miles and drains a vast 260,000 square mile watershed. With an average flow of over 6,500 cubic feet per second and a moderate gradient of 4.2 feet per mile, the Little River offers excellent paddling and boating opportunities.

The boat ramp is located within the White Cliffs Campground, which offers amenities like flush toilets, showers, a dump station, and access to a protected natural area with hiking trails. The campground and boat ramp are situated on the east bank of the river, making it a convenient access point for paddlers, anglers, and other recreational users. Nearby Millwood Lake also provides additional water-based recreation options.
