White Oak is a free public boat ramp located on Wright Patman Lake near Douglassville in Cass County, Texas. The ramp sits along the Sulphur River channel in the upper lake area and can accommodate boats of all sizes. To access the ramp, take US 59 to the south side of the dam, then travel 2.5 miles north of FM 3129 and follow the directional signs to the left. The site is open year-round and offers convenient access to the 30,000-acre lake nestled in northeast Texas's piney woods.
