Located near Boulder Junction in Vilas County, the White Sand Lake public boat ramp provides convenient access to this 746-acre mesotrophic lake. The ramp features a gravel launch area suitable for kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats. With a maximum depth of 71 feet and excellent water clarity, White Sand Lake offers good paddling conditions for a variety of skill levels.
Anglers will find diverse fish species including musky, northern pike, walleye, largemouth and smallmouth bass, and panfish.
