About This Access Site
White's Landing is a public boat ramp providing access to the Childs River in East Falmouth, located off Route 28 on White's Landing Road (near Menauhant Road, just before the Green Pond Bridge). This is a state-managed and town-maintained facility offering a convenient launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorboats looking to explore the river and its connection to nearby coastal waters. The ramp is shared between recreational users, so expect moderate activity, particularly on weekends.

Paddlers should note parking restrictions from 2:00 am to 4:00 am. The facility is suited for small craft and recreational paddling, with good access to the tidal estuary environment. For current conditions, ramp maintenance updates, or specific amenities available, contact the Falmouth Harbor Master's office at 508-457-2550. The location provides excellent proximity to the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve and other Cape Cod paddling destinations, making it a useful hub for exploring the region's marshlands and open waters.
