Wide Waters Lake

Located in Vermilion, Michigan, the Wide Waters Lake boat ramp provides access to this scenic 290-acre lake nestled in mature hardwood forest between Irwin Lake and Indian River. The Michigan DNR-operated facility features a gravel-surfaced boat ramp that is best suited for smaller to medium-sized watercraft. The access point is situated on the lake's eastern shore, approximately 4 miles from the single campsite on the western shore.

Amenities at the site include accessible vault toilets and drinking water. Paddlers and boaters should note that alternative boat ramps are also available at the nearby campground and at Fish Lake if needed.
