Willow Flats is a boat access point on Rufus Woods Lake near Bridgeport in Douglas County, Washington. This 51-mile reservoir on the Columbia River between Grand Coulee Dam and Chief Joseph Dam offers plenty of space for paddlers, anglers, and motorboats. Additional boat ramps are available nearby at Bridgeport State Park and the Corps of Engineers access area near Chief Joseph Dam.

Rufus Woods Lake is a large, calm reservoir ideal for kayakers and canoeists of all skill levels. The water supports walleye, smallmouth bass, and other fish species. If fishing, note that a Washington State license is required when fishing from the Douglas County shoreline, though tribal permits are also accepted in designated areas on the Colville reservation side.
