**Location & Directions:** Wilson Lake is located in Mercer, Iron County, Wisconsin. To reach the access site, take CR 79 to Point Road, then follow to Lakeview Road. Turn right on Lakeview Road and continue to the access site.
**Facilities & Launch Details:** This access site features a 2-lane concrete boat ramp, a courtesy dock, and a paved parking area—ideal for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats. The lake itself is relatively small with a maximum depth of 12 feet. Wilson Lake has two public boat landings total, giving you options if one becomes crowded.
**Regulations & Recreation:** Be aware that Wilson Lake enforces Slow-No-Wake rules daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Any motorized watercraft exceeding No-Wake speed must travel counter-clockwise. The lake also offers a backcountry campsite accessible by boat, though overnight camping is not permitted on the main lake, and campfires are prohibited. Nearby Little Wilson Lake provides an additional paddling option with its own access point.
