Windsor - Elm Street Access

The Elm Street Boat Ramp in Windsor offers convenient access to the Cashie River, a medium-sized river (stream order 5) flowing through North Carolina's Atlantic Coastal Plain. Located at the intersection of South King Street and East Elm Street, the ramp is approximately ½ mile west on Elm Street.
