Wood Lake Boat Ramp

**Location & Access:** Wood Lake Boat Ramp provides concrete launch facilities for accessing the Ochlockonee River system near Sopchoppy in Wakulla County. The ramp is located at Ochlockonee River State Park, offering paddlers and boaters entry to the Ochlockonee, Dead, and Sopchoppy rivers as well as numerous tidal creeks in the area. There is a $5 launch fee.

**Important Considerations:** Be aware that the access road to the boat ramp is frequently underwater, which can make the facility temporarily inaccessible during high water conditions.
