From Duanesburg go east on Route 20. Take a left onto Route 406 and the **Take Out** will be the bridge before Schenectady Memorial Park. Head back on Route 406 and turn right onto Pangburn Road. Take a left onto Route 7. **Put in** at the parking area in Princetown on Route 7.
