Only one known descent which was in 2000. Rumor is it didn't go too smoothly.

"Yep, the first descent was in 1999 (I believe, either that or 199shades by Leland Davis, BJ Johnson, Willie Kern and Shannon Carroll, in that order. It's on that video Freshwater. Actually, Shannon ran the top drop first the week before and swam from the hole at the bottom (this footage is the end credits in Freshwater). Then the next week, Leland ran first and got stuck in that long hole at the second drop and Willie roped him out in his boat. Leland only decided to run the third drop after BJ hung some ascendors down into the cave on the left. Leland came over the drop and aced it, finding it to be way easier than expected, although he rolled twice in the first and last drops besides. BJ followed and cleaned the whole gorge. Willie was next and pitoned hard in the first drop, putting tooth marks into the cockpit of his Diablo. Shannon went last and got stuck halfway down behind the curtain in the first drop. They all thought she was dead, but were able to climb out and rescue her."
