Puttin: The puttin is a small pullout on the left side of 178 heading north just passed Camp McCall. Follow the trail leading from the pullout until you see the gorge of Reedy Cove Creek. From there bushwack down to the rivers edge.
Takeout: This site has some info on how to get to the
Falls/Takeout.
The trail to above the waterfall is on river left of the creek before you get to twin falls at a point when the trail is close to the creek, cross the creek an head up hill to the top. This trail continues alongside the creek for most of the way up to camp McCall.
P.S.
I have not run all of the creek just from the slide above Twin Falls down. I am also fairly sure that no one has run this creek.
I hiked the lower 2/3 of this run from twin falls up, and beside the series of slides leading to the falls there are only three drops. One is a portage due to wood, one is very sketchy but with enough water ghouls go, and the other is a small ledge. Looks like there's one big drop below camp McCall based on topo and Google earth which may or may not be runnable. Basically, with the amount of water it would take to run this creek, there's definitely going to be something better going, so go run that
