Description
This reach contains a good number of marked, named rapids. The majority would appear to be low-grade (class I-II) boulder-bed type rapids. The Flambeau has a long stretch of mild whitewater, allowing multi-day runs. To accommodate this, there are numerous streamside 'canoe campgrounds'. One such campground (apparently also accessible by roads) may be used to divide this section into two shorter sections.
