Update: Nov. 28, 2002 The upper portion of North Fork Blakely Creek (above section described) is no longer open to the public. Permission must be obtained from land owners in advance of any access. All of the land in the upper portion of this reach is posted and the Shut-In Road access has been gated. The lower half of this reach remains open to the public.
