Description
The South Fork offers a super low volume class II/III float through a scenic valley.  Put in and take out listed are rough, drive up the valley and pick your run.  There is great camping along the creek and hiking in the area, and plenty of large wildlife to keep you preoccupied while paddling around blind corners lined with willows.  Like most streams in Montana, there is wood in the creek, but as of 2012 there were very few portages.
