Description

Most of this section is a class 1 float trip under normal flows. There appears to be a section suitable for whitewater immediately below a dam. Access to that section is unkown. Put in: Corbin Park provides access to a class 1 section. There appears to be swiftwater and possibly rapids upstream of Corbin Park, but it is not clear whether there is any public access to the river upstream of Corbin Park. There appears to be a fairly steep and rocky streambed for a short ways immediately below the Post Falls dam. This section is bypassed by a pipe to a powerhouse. It is not clear how to access this section or how to tell when it has boatable flows.
