Big Eddy is a powerful Class IV drop marked by a steep, technical entry with a complex sequence of hydraulics and large, recirculating holes. Paddlers must navigate a tight line that threads between a large central boulder and a series of aggressive lateral waves, with little margin for error and significant potential for getting worked if the approach or angle is mistimed.
