Description
"Bounce the Baby" is a Class II rapid characterized by a series of moderate waves and scattered rock gardens that require precise boat positioning and quick maneuvering. Paddlers should be prepared to navigate between mid-stream boulders and use momentum to punch through short, staggered wave trains, with the primary line running center-right of the main channel. While not extremely technical, the rapid demands active paddling and can become more challenging at lower water levels when rock avoidance becomes critical.
