Description
Rapid #6 on the Yellow River presents a technical navigation challenge with multiple midstream boulder clusters creating unpredictable hydraulics and potential pinning hazards. Paddlers should carefully scout the entry and identify the cleanest line, paying close attention to the rock garden in the center-right section that can create problematic hydraulic recirculation at certain water levels.
