Description
Take Out is a short, non-technical rapid at the end of the Roaring Brook run, marked primarily by a brief narrowing of the river channel and some scattered rock formations. Paddlers should be aware of potential shallow spots and potential strainers near the river banks as they approach the takeout point at Route 17.
