Finn Rock Rest Area is a free public boat ramp on the McKenzie River near Finn Rock in Lane County, offering convenient access to the upper McKenzie River for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorized boats. The approximately 20-foot-wide ramp has been maintained as a free public access point thanks to ongoing efforts by McKenzie River Trust and local river conservation groups.

The site features recently improved infrastructure including defined parking spaces, ADA-accessible parking and ramps, and bank access on the upstream side. Pedestrian safety features, gathering areas, and bird-friendly lighting make this a well-maintained launch area. The rest area is popular for day trips on the upper McKenzie River and offers good opportunities for trout and steelhead fishing from both the ramp and nearby banks.
