**Location & Access:** Ojalla Bridge Slide is a boat ramp providing direct access to the Siletz River near Siletz in Lincoln County, Oregon. To reach the site, take Highway 20 East from Newport to Toledo Junction, then head north on Highway 229 for approximately 10.5 miles (3 miles north of Siletz) to milepost 20.5. The ramp offers convenient river access just off the highway.
**Facility Details & Considerations:** This is a boat slide rather than a traditional concrete ramp. **Important note:** Lincoln County no longer supplies the 140-foot rope that was previously available, so boaters should bring their own equipment if needed for launching or retrieving boats. The Ojalla Bridge Slide serves as one of several access points along the Siletz River, making it a good option for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboat users exploring this coastal river system.
**Nearby Recreation:** The site provides access to the lower Siletz River and is near the Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge, offering opportunities for paddlers interested in exploring the river's estuary and viewing coastal wildlife.
