Located on Highway 80 at the north edge of Muscoda, Victora Riverside Park offers a well-developed public boat launch on the Wisconsin River with two concrete ramps, making it a convenient access point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters. The facility is situated within a full-service campground that operates seasonally (May 1–October 31) and includes amenities such as electric campsites, water and sewer hookups, picnic areas, and shelter buildings. This makes it an ideal spot for multi-day paddling trips on the Lower Wisconsin State Riverway.
The Wisconsin River in this section is a major waterway suitable for various skill levels, with opportunities for day trips or extended paddling adventures. The proximity to Tower Hill State Park and the scenic Lower Wisconsin State Riverway means paddlers can explore multiple river segments from this central location. Note that water conditions can vary seasonally, and the park has historically accommodated paddlers during lower water periods when sandbars aren't available for primitive camping.
