Description
A notorious Class V rapid with a massive, recirculating hydraulic that forms a dangerous undercut rock formation at the bottom of the drop. Paddlers must navigate a narrow, technical entry line with precise boat positioning to avoid being drawn into the powerful backwash, which can easily trap and pin watercraft. Extreme caution is required, with a recommended scout from river left and mandatory precise boat control to successfully run this hazardous section.
