Description
Sieve Pile is a notorious Class V+ pinning hazard with a complex, rock-strewn entry that funnels into a tight, technical sequence of undercut boulders and potential sieve formations. Paddlers must execute a precise left-side line with minimal margin for error, navigating between sharp, partially submerged rocks while maintaining absolute boat control to avoid potentially fatal entrapment zones. Extreme caution is required, with rescue access extremely limited in the narrow Raven Cliffs Gorge section.
