Description
Ten Foot Ledge is a technical Class IV drop characterized by a steep, narrow chute with a mandatory vertical ledge that creates a powerful hydraulic at the bottom. Paddlers must execute a precise entry line, avoiding undercut rocks on the left and right, and maintain momentum to punch through the hole at the base of the ledge. The rapid demands advanced boat control and quick decision-making, with little margin for error in the confined Raven Cliffs Gorge environment.
