Oasis Marina in Joppatowne offers a well-developed boat ramp for paddlers and motorboaters accessing the Gunpowder Falls. The facility includes fuel service (89 and 93 octane), a pump-out station, parts and supplies store, and bait & tackle shop. A fish cleaning station is available for anglers. The marina can accommodate vessels up to 40 feet with a maximum draft of 5 feet, and offers both wet slip moorings and 300 high/dry storage racks for longer-term needs.
