Description
Lakeview Ledges is a technical Class II rapid with a series of tight rock gardens and ledge drops that require precise boat positioning and quick maneuvering. Paddlers should be prepared to navigate between several prominent mid-stream boulders and watch for potential undercut rocks on river right, with the primary line running along a narrow channel near the left bank. The rapid can become more challenging at lower water levels, where exposed rocks increase the risk of pinning or broaching.
